ARCHITECTURAL ACOUSTIC REPORT and ACOUSTIC PROJECT

In accordance with the Regulation on the Protection of Buildings Against Noise, which entered into force on the Official Gazette No. 30437 on 31.05.2018, Acoustic Projects and Architectural Acoustic Reports are prepared for all kinds of structures, buildings, facilities and businesses to be built in areas within and outside the municipality's adjacent borders. The reports include the sound insulation properties, details, related calculations, measurements and application principles of the building elements. According to the relevant regulation, the Acoustic Report can only be prepared by the Acoustic Expert.

Since the date of 31.05.2018, when the regulation came into effect, our company has been produced by acoustic experts with D1 certificate in different cities of Turkey.Architectural Acoustic Report ve Acoustic Project prepared. 

Architectural Acoustic Report: It is a report that includes the sound insulation properties of the building elements, their details, the relevant calculation and application principles.

Acoustic Project: As stated in Article 5 (6) of the Regulation on the Protection of Buildings Against Noise, an Acoustic Project is being prepared for the buildings listed below.

  • Residences with more than seven floors, excluding a basement and an attic

  • Non-residential buildings with more than two floors with a total construction area exceeding 2,000 square meters

  • Buildings with uses that require special acoustic design, such as concert halls and auditoriums

 

It is a project report containing acoustic project and detail drawings, key sheets, calculation and/or measurement results, evaluation reports, prepared using the provisions of this Regulation. Only from organizations authorized by the Ministry D1 certified It can be prepared by acoustic experts.

During the preparation phase of the reports, Environmental Noise measurements are made in the relevant area by our laboratory, which is accredited by TS ISO 1996-1 and TS ISO 1996-2 standards. As a result of these measurements, depending on the noise of the area, the suitability of the outer wall, inner wall and floor is calculated in accordance with the class values.

 Evaluation Process

 Relevant acoustic evaluation report is delivered together with the architectural project and installation projects in order to obtain a building permit.​

Acoustic Performance Class

​Airborne Sound Insulation (DnT,A,tr and DnT,A) for each wall in the building in accordance with TS EN ISO 12354-1 and TS EN ISO 12354-4 standards that our laboratory is accredited and Impact Sound Insulation (L'nT,w) is calculated for a slab. The values obtained as a result of calculations and modeling are evaluated according to the acoustic performance class. As stated in the Regulation on the Protection of Buildings Against Noise; At least C acoustic performance class is provided in new buildings. In case of a change in the purpose of use in existing buildings, at least D acoustic performance class should be provided for the affected independent units, and at least D for the affected structural elements in case of major renovations.
