In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law No. 6698”), the Data Controller is Çınar Environment Laboratory A.Ş.

Our Principles Regarding the Processing of Personal Data of Our Employees

Çınar Environment Laboratory Inc. aspect;

a) To process in accordance with the law and honesty rules,

b) To strive to ensure correctness and up-to-dateness,

c) To be processed for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes,

ç) To be connected, limited and restrained with the purpose for which they are processed,

d) We have adopted the principle of being preserved for the period required by the legislation or for the purpose for which they are processed.

 

Lighting and Scope

 

Çınar Environment Laboratory Inc. Establishment and protection of the right in accordance with our legitimate interests and company principles we adopt, provided that it is measured and limited in line with the data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, in line with our activities. It operates due to data responsibility obligations such as its use, our legal responsibility as a data controller, and performance of the contract.

With this awareness, Çınar Environment Laboratory A.Ş. Private and general personal data belonging to the employee candidates who work and apply for a job, are subject to the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, secondary regulations enacted and to be put into effect under the Law (regulation, communiqué,  circular). We attach great importance to the processing (storage, deletion, destruction, backup, etc.)

 

Your Processed Personal Data

 

As an employee or employee candidate, your personal data that can be processed in job application, recruitment and subsequent business processes are as follows, but one or more of these data can be processed as an employee or employee candidate;

Identity Information; Data such as all identity information, nationality, marital status, place and date of birth, TR identity number, gender, signature information, SGK number

Communication information; Data such as phone number, backup person phone information, address information, e-mail address to reach when necessary

Educational Information; Data such as education status, certificate course and seminar information, foreign language knowledge, training and performance information during his working life, diploma information, resume information

Financial Information; Data such as financial and salary details, premium list, enforcement proceedings and debt information, bank information, minimum living allowance information

Visual Data; Photograph, camera recording images

Audio Data; Audio recordings

Biometric data: Fingerprint

Special Quality Personal Data; Disabled status, health reports, health declaration document, health reports, pregnancy information, occupational disease records, employment examination form, daily patient complaints and records, blood group information, criminal record, information on legal transactions, identity card (old) area of religious knowledge,

Special categories of personal data are not processed without express consent.

Working Data; Registry number, position name, department and unit, title, last employment date, employment entry/exit dates, insurance entry/retirement, social security number, flexible hours working status, travel status, number of working days, projects worked, monthly total overtime information , severance pay base date, severance pay additional days, days on strike, employee internet and internal access logs,

Consent Data; Leave seniority base date, leave seniority additional days, leave group, departure/return date, day, reason for leave,

Other;  Data such as military status, license plate, performance information, family notification and parent information

 

Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data

 

Your collected personal data is the subject of your disclosure of your personal data to us; For the purposes of evaluating your job application request and your suitability for the relevant position, executing and finalizing the recruitment processes within the framework of our Institution's human resources policies, and communicating with you within this scope, as well as ensuring the fulfillment of legal and commercial obligations with our institution and the parties that have a business relationship with our institution; such as the determination and implementation of our commercial and business strategies, the development and improvement of the recruitment principles implemented by our Institution, their stipulation in the law, the actual impossibility, our legal obligation as the data controller, the establishment and performance of the contract, our legitimate interest, the establishment, use and protection of the right, publicization and express consent. will be processed within the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698.

 

To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred

 

Çınar Environment Laboratory Inc. Your personal data collected as; For the purposes of planning and executing our company's human resources policies and processes, carrying out the necessary operational activities by our business units in order to ensure that the activities performed by our company are carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation and company procedures; to the relevant legal parties for which we are responsible, our business partners, affiliate companies, company officials, shareholders, customers, suppliers (insurance companies, financial institutions, catering, car rental, operator companies, etc.), employees, legally authorized public institutions and private persons, limited to the purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection

We collect your personal data directly or indirectly via e-mail, our company's website and other third-party websites that allow you to apply for a job, or in a physical environment, through your resume, application form and personality inventory form. You can use this data in accordance with the Labor Law No. 4857, Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, SGK Legislation, Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, Occupational Health and Safety and Obligations in Tax Legislation and other related legislations , 5 of the Law No. 6698. We process personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles . and 6, provided that it is measured and limited.

Rights of Personal Data Owners Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698

As personal data owners, you can submit your requests regarding your rights to Çınar Çevre Laboratory A.Ş. If you forward it to our company through the methods set out in the Clarification Text, our company will conclude the request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by our company. In this context, personal data owners;

  • Learning whether personal data is processed or not,

  • If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,

  • Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,

  • Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,

  • In case of incomplete or incorrect processing of personal data, to request their correction and to notify the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing have disappeared, although it has been processed in accordance with the Law No.

  • Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

  • In the event that personal data is damaged due to unlawful processing, it has the right to demand the compensation of the damage.

All necessary technical and administrative measures are taken for the security of all personal data collected by our institution. In this context, unauthorized access, misuse in accordance with the Personal Data Security Guide requirements published by the KVKK Board, ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security, ISO/IEC 27017 Cloud Services Information Security, ISO/IEC 27701 Privacy Information Management standards, European Union General Data Protection Regulation GDPR. we take physical, technical, organizational and managerial safeguards against use, disclosure or alteration.
