Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, Central Laboratory Information System (MELBES)
Since the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization will commission the Central Laboratory Information System (MELBES) as of February 16, 2019, measurement and analysis applications for permission, monitoring, confirmation and license purposes within the scope of environmental legislation will be made through the MELBES system of the Ministry after this date. In addition, the distribution of the uninitiated works of the contracts concluded before February 16, 2019 will also be made through MELBES.
